Should a player advance through local qualifying, the subregional and regional qualifying sites are pre-determined based upon the local qualifying site. The player is not guaranteed participation in the subregional qualifier unless he/she advances through local qualifying. The player is not guaranteed participation in the regional qualifier unless he/she advances through local and subregional qualifying.

Be free and just have fun because anybody can win on any given day so remember to always have fun!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT PARTICIPATING IN DRIVE, CHIP AND PUTT?
Knowing that if I make it, great — and if I don’t, I’ll just go home and play a round of golf.
DESCRIBE ANY MEMORABLE MOMENTS FROM YOUR LOCAL, SUBREGIONAL OR REGIONAL QUALIFIERS:
We thought I didn’t make it through round one because we didn’t know that three people qualified. So we left because I missed a drive. When we got home, my dad randomly checked the scores and saw that I was in the top three and had qualified. If he hadn’t looked, I would have missed out on all the next steps.

Yes one other year but I did not make it through the Local round.
DID YOU WATCH LAST YEAR’S DRIVE, CHIP AND PUTT NATIONAL FINALS ON TELEVISION? IF SO, WHAT IMPACT DID THAT HAVE ON YOUR PARTICIPATION THIS YEAR?
Yes, I watched a player named Jackson Fogelson from here in Minnesota last year play. We always recorded the competition and watched it after church. We always said it would be amazing to get there, and now I get to go! Dreams do come true!

I like a lot of players. Hard to choose one but I really like watching Jordan Spieth because he is animated and has a great short game. I also like Cameron Young because he killed it at the Ryder Cup!

Nelly Korda and Rose Zhang. I like watching them both equally Nelly smashes it and Rose flushes it.
