How did you become interested in golf?
I became interested in golf when my dad bought me pink golf clubs.

Who introduced you to golf?
When my brother and dad would go to the golf range, I would try to hit a few balls and liked it.

I play golf with my brother Christian

Who is your golf teacher?
My dad and Coach Scot Hathaway from Los Lagos Golf Course.

What do you like most about playing golf?
The best part of golf is competing at nice golf courses and meeting new people who also love golf.

What part of golf do you like to practice the most?
Putting

What’s the most difficult thing about golf?
The most difficult thing about golf is making the right decisions and dealing with it when you don’t.

What is your favorite club?
Putter

What is your favorite course in the world?
Augusta National Golf Club

What is your biggest achievement in golf so far?
My biggest achievement is qualifying for 2020 Drive Chip and Putt National Finals at Augusta National GC.

Did you watch last year’s Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals on television? If so, what impact did that have on your participation this year?
Drive, Chip and Putt was my very first golf competition at 7 years old. My family watches it every year. Last year, it inspired me to work even harder, so that I can make it this year and I did.

No

What is your favorite Masters memory? U.S. Open or U.S. Women’s Open memory? PGA Championship or Women’s PGA Championship memory?
My favorite memory was when Tiger Woods won the Masters by a record of 18 under par and then winning his 15th major at last year’s 2019 Masters Tournament.

What is your favorite memory of watching golf on TV?
My favorite memory of watching golf on TV is the Short Game movie because it motivates me by seeing other junior golfers playing golf and winning tournaments.

Who is your favorite male golfer, and why?
Tiger Woods is my favorite male golfer because he never gives up.

Who is your favorite female golfer, and why?
Lexi Thompson is my favorite female golfer because she hits it really far and has qualified for the US Women’s Open at 12 years old.

Who is the coolest player in golf, and why?
The coolest golfer is Dustin Johnson because he can hit it really far..

Have you ever played with someone famous? Who? Please describe the circumstance:
No, but I was able to do a clinic with Annika Sorenstam. When I won the Girls Golf “Share my Passion” letter contest, I was invited to her clinic at Mission Hills Country Club.

Explain any talents or interests outside of golf:
I enjoy competitive cheer and tumbling. I also have participated in Girl Scouts, Robotics, and love to play with make up, and cook healthy meals.

Describe any obstacles you’ve overcome in your life:
The biggest obstacle I’ve overcome so far is the lack of social interaction during quarantine. Self isolating has made it hard for me to stay motivated and happy. Luckily, I have the privilege of playing golf during these hard times.

My biggest role model is my dad since he works for our family and is always studying golf to help me and my brother improve.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Dream Big, Live Bigger

What do you want to be with you grow up?
A Professional Golfer or an Interior Designer

Describe yourself:
I am a shy girl at first but once you get to know me I can be really goofy and energetic. My friends/teammates would say I am brave and a daredevil when it comes to competition. When someone does not believe in me, I will always come back and prove them wrong. I am excited to continue golf and play for a D1 college.
